It's only been a week and a half since I started focusing on Nic Nac's gait. She has gaited a little for her previous owners in the past, but wasn't locked in and had some trouble with her previous trainer when they were working to get her certified. Seems she liked to trot. However, with just a few rides, she has figured out what I'm looking for and today gave me some beautiful stretches in gait! Every ride, I feel like she's been practicing by the time I get on her again. She improves significantly between rides. I was so delighted by how fast she is understanding what I want.
All I can say is 'I love my Rocky!'
